By providing on-going support and maintenance using the implementation resources committed to the project we can ensure a deep understanding of the application and any issues, and minimize the issue identification time needed by your team. We can act as a liaison between your team and the support staff at the vendor (for example the BRE vendor) to help resolve any product issues.

Remote Support Package: Providing phone and remote support for your application for a pre-negotiated number of hours each year.

Standard Support: Provides technical support during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in your local time zone.

24x5 Support: As you may have business centers across geographies, if you need support outside regular business hours you can avail the 24x5 support to get assistance 24 hrs Mon-Fri in your region.

24x7 Support: 24x7 premium support for your mission critical applications is also available.
